The Time for Gratitude

What is the most pronounced feeling these days in your life? For me, as well as for a number of my friends, it is a void. It feels like we are spending these days in a cocoon waiting to emerge as butterflies. Some of the words that come with these process are transformation, transfiguration, creation. There is also a lot of ideas bubbling inside, waiting for their time to form into words.

This feeling reflects an objective process that all of us are going through. It is just a matter of our connection with the inner self that helps us to be conscious about the process. But whether we realize that a real change is in store for each of us, or not [yet], we can use this time to feel the gratitude for all that is.

The inner sense of gratitude is one of the most powerful transformational tools, and unfortunately one that gets easily forgotten when we are trying to achieve something and get too busy and task-oriented.

Let's fill our hearts with the gratitude for all that is around us, for all who share our life's adventure with us, for every person we meet on our path, for the Light in their eyes... Take your time to notice how much gratitude you have in your heart, and enjoy every moment of it.
