A Bridge Into The Heart

There are a lot of questions these days about our feelings. What is going on with us? Why is it so hard to go anywhere or to do anything? Why all that we want to do is to sleep, or even cry?

Yes, we have a lot of emotional and physical blockage accumulated over a lo-o-o-ong period of time that is clearing as we become who we really are. Peeling off layer by layer requires a little bit of patience - and a lot of loving care for one Self.

As our bodies change frequencies - on a very much physical, measurable scale - we are becoming the Light that We Are. What we feel are the side effects. So, what's new? A-ha! That's the point: The whole process is totally new, for this time we are actually restructuring our bodies. For those who understand (or accept, which is the same), we are capable now of visiting places in a physical body. It is a completely new territory for us. Welcome!

Meanwhile, it is helpful to understand that the desire to do less and to sleep more simply assists us in creating a nurturing environment for our new state of being. We can also help the transition by creating more situations where the four of our bodies - physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual - are in mutual agreement and in alignment with one's higher Self. For that, we can do anything that, firstly, we enjoy, and that also quiet our analyst. Only you know what it is. A list can include, for instance, yoga, martial arts, sport games, dancing, love making. Yes, all of those are grounding tools as well, and that's what we do: We ground the Light into the physical, simultaneously bringing the physical into the realms of higher vibrations. Afterward, it is one process: We are building a Bridge between duality and Oneness.

The most important message is that your every effort to support and love your being is a big step forward for all. (Oops! I forgot to warn you to put asleep your rationalist before reading any further! Just do it now.) And every effort made from the heart is truly effortless. Try it on (while your analyst is [hopefully] asleep). What's proved to be extremely helpful for me is to wear playful, to have fun, and to focus on ME. I'm learning it while Mastering Alchemy with Jim Self. No, I did not know it before. Yes, I heard about it, but all I used to be was serious and responsible for every one around me. You wonder how ME got missing then? But that was a different reality altogether.

As we allow a shift from judgment to discernment, from protectiveness and control to unconditional love and respect, from a habitual focus on everything around us [that goes or might go wrong] on to a very peaceful place called me, we lay the building blocks of the beautiful Bridge we co-create together. And it is the first time a bridge is build not from where we are to some place, but outside in, toward our hearts.

Thank you for keeping your Heart in focus and in joy!
