About the Beauty of this World

It was snowing in Princeton yesterday...

The Beauty of this world is what triggers all the human emotions, and Love itself. Drama appears where the beauty is not seen. Thus, negative emotions are a product of not looking for the beauty of being in a moment. Knowing this, one can work consciously on keeping love and beauty in one's heart at all times.

Some practical steps on focusing on the world's beauty is to look attentively at everything around you. When you open your eyes every morning, search for something beautiful in your room. It will immediately have a reflection in a smile on your face and a happy feeling in your whole being. As you stretch, feel yourself expanding to embrace the beauty of every thing in the world around you.

Greet your new day with a smile, and look outside to see the nature's beauty. The ever changing sky reminds you that nothing is permanent. But look at a bigger picture: It is always beautiful, and that never changes.

Look at the clouds traveling across the sky, then lower your eyes and find some flowers nearby. Feel the beauty, become conscious once again of how it is reflected in a beautiful smile of yours. Hold it, keep it, feel it, wear it. Enjoy it.

As you go through your day, look for more Beauty around you. Find it in your way of driving a car, doing your work, appreciating your food, meeting your friends. More than anything else, look for the infinite beauty of every one's soul. For that, look intentionally into their eyes. Even if it is a split moment, allow yourself to connect with the Beauty of their Soul, and you will forever change the way you see people. You will only see the Beauty that they carry, even if it is well hidden. In seeing their beauty, you will reflect it back to them and allow them to see who they really are. And that is the highest level of communications not only here on Earth. That will take us - all of us - to where the Beauty can be hidden no more.

Work with your reflections of Beauty: surround yourself with beautiful creations of different forms and colors, enjoy your every day, and do not forget to dance, sing, create, and love.
