We love you beyond words, and we see you and hold you in light. Please understand that the light is creation of the Heart, not the other way around. You have to be in your heart to be the light that you are. Everything starts with the beginning. Begin each day by checking with your heart, your well-being, your feelings. As your physical heart becomes much more than a muscle in the physical body - that is as your awareness expands beyond that notion - you become all that you allow [yourself] to be aware about.
