Running for Today

So, I need to prepare for the Dance. Or, rather, I desire to prepare, and I need to learn dancing. I think I am the only novice in the group. What is the most challenging in this situation? To take it lightly, and to breathe.

To work on the "gotta breathe" part, I added running to my routine. And though it never worked for me before (I would get a fever after a few days of jogging), I think my intention to enjoy it this time shall change the pattern.

The weather today was cooperating, and what started as a cool and rainy morning developed into a perfect sunny spring day. Nature was sharing the beauty of hers with anyone who would see and feel. The magnificence of blossoming trees against the bright skies, the tenderness of the early flowers surrounded by emerald fringe of grass, slowly moving waters with even slower moving fish by the banks, turtles bathing in the long awaited sunlight, birds, bumblebees... singing, moving, and breathing in unison, in perfect harmony and balance.

I started to let go; I had to, for one cannot be One with all, and still be worried, be attached to certain results, or expectations. As I allowed my beliefs about the physical shape to dissolve, I felt lighter with every step. At once, I felt how much support is offered to me - to you, to everyone of us - and that the only way to receive it is to ask and to step into the effort of doing it intentionally and passionately.

I aligned my body as taught on the dance floor, and, feeling more balanced, shifted to running on the balls of feet. With the newly obtained lightness of moving, I did not noticed how I reached my could-only-dream-about destination about three miles down the trail. Attracted to my happy smile, there came a butterfly. Its flight brought reassurance that the lightness of being is a virtue, and that infinite wisdom occupies the same space as wings, songs, and breath.

Every morning, choose your space wisely, step into your day respectfully, and move about your life lightly and joyfully. "Teach" your alarm clock to remind you about it every morning, and let me know how it works for you. If you find a single spark of inspiration in my writings, please support me, for it is for you that my experiences are shared here. If you did not find anything insightful for yourself today, come again tomorrow, or share the address with your friend, or two, for you may be the one who will change their life. Just let go of judgment, and breathe.

Kickboxing for Today

One of the questions I had to answer recently was how many years of formal education do I have. Thirty, I calculated. No, I am not that old; I just studied nearly all my life. But my studies certainly took all of my life. The car accident two years ago shifted it all.

Curious about what was happening with my life, I started to educate myself. I soon discovered that there is some sort of global shift that affects everyone, and that the things are completely not as they appear. My curiosity grew as the information poured in.

I was able to shift my attention from "When will I be able to defense my dissertation?" to "What makes this life worth its challenges?" I realized that beside achievement, and totally not instead of it, there is Joy. I discovered that I can enjoy simple things, and I started noticing vastness in each. I learned that I can simply like myself for no particular reason, just because I am alive and I can do it. The spiritual insight became a nurturing ground for appreciation of the wonders of our physical world.

I started to explore what my body can do now, when I am free from beliefs of the past when as a child I was told I cannot do sports, nor dance: too weak, too fat, too slow. I cleaned up my inner thought closets, and became the manager of my physical self.

These days I enjoy many activities. It was kickboxing today. Had someone told me a couple of years ago that I will do that, and I would be offended. How silly! Anything we are doing with pure intent brings joy to both, the physical and spiritual planes. In this merge, the power to create miracles resides. It worth the discovery, and the miracles await you.

Today's Challenge

Observe your life, and you'll learn everything you need to know about it, a saying goes. As I look at my experiences, I see that this concept holds true for real challenges. And the more challenging task we accept, the more we learn about self. And it is not in the results where we find our reward, but in the journey itself.

What is my challenge today? What do I dare to do today that I would never imagined myself doing just a few weeks ago? Dancing. Not just any dancing - Salsa dancing, and not just hiding-dancing - performing!

Am I scared to death? Clearly. Am I having fun? Certainly. Do I need your support? Absolutely.

Share with me what you dare to do today to follow your passion, or show your support for mine!

Beauty in the Feelings

In order to step into one's personal Mastery one has to find, accept, and allow development of his or her own voice, the last conversation suggested. Then, a silence followed. I literally froze facing a perspective of signing my name under all the words.

Why is that? The choice to walk a path of shifting to full consciousness while in the physical body was based completely upon my free will - after the car accident, that is (a choice of smile here). I accepted responsibility for continuing with my task regardless opinions and judgment once I sorted out what is important for me in this life (a choice of non-judgmental observation here). So, why did I panic?

I took a deep breath... seven times... (it works!), and realized that I was in that silent space where all your questions are answered. You are only to choose to accept it. This time it was about clarity of mind and beauty of feelings.

---------
We have talked about clarity before, and we presented several views of that "concept" as we might call it. Yet any concept changes as consciousness itself changes. What does it mean in the case of clarity? Clarity, as we, humans, understand it, changes its purpose. It is now not about what we "want" or "don't want", but about what we feel, entirely.

Now, the "feeling" is not limited to our physical or emotional bodies. That "feeling" also guides our communications with Higher Self. It enlightens us on our way to higher dimensions. Our feeling becomes our reliable compass in the transition of the Shift. All we have left to do is to pay attention to its indications. Simple (and it works!)

Feel the Beauty within and about you, and dare to create your life in clarity and passion on every step.

Owning Your Truth

This is not the last communication, but there is a shift, and it is defined here. Once again, hear the words spoken to you, and take only what resonates with you. Own your truth. Own your voice. Own your presence in this world.

March 20, 2010, 1:25 p.m. EDT

Greetings our Beloved,

We have a beautiful message for you as you tune in to the energies of this Vernal Equinox. Those points are indeed opportunities, windows for you to stay among us and to experience fully that Who You Are. It is getting more and more real to your human senses and to your mind (as long as it stays open, i.e., in the allowing mode).

We are to tell you that you shall have no more "transmitted communications", for you are walking among us now; once again, we shall say. You can choose to speak to us as an outsider for a purpose, and it is your free choice. Your voice is your voice, and unless you accept it fully and unconditionally and allow it to develop further you will not step into your full mastery. There is nothing wrong with it - it is just a choice. But you asked to be reminded of that what you came here to do.

We are no longer to consult you on where to step, for we know as much as you do at this point. Where do you take it? In the implementation of this question is the Beauty of Creation, Free Choice, and True Mastery. You cannot be wrong in doing, but you can choose to hide your mastery. You have our unconditional support at every moment, but it is your Dance. And you can no longer hide that what you sprouted from your heart.

Remember, your life is a gift - it is a bonus. How do you use it is up to you. Will you use it for utility bills, or for a dream to come true is entirely up to you. If you start thinking about "circumstances", remind yourself that you are in this world - by choice, and not of this world - by definition. Enjoy, and stay among us, by choice.

With much love,

All

From a Sketchbook

Once again, it takes time to grasp and internalize any new idea, or teaching. Being in a new territory ensures that our rational mind is showered with new information. It takes effort to keep the conscious focus on this process, but it creates environment for effortless allowing of this knowledge to be internalized and utilized.

A few lines below were written in my notebook three weeks ago and did not make much sense at that point. Today I understand that our experiences are being created directly by our thoughts, and increasingly so every day. What a playground for a creative mind and a kind heart!

March 17, 2010, A Sketchbook note
The Oneness is here. What does it mean? It is available now to all your senses, and it is available to your thoughts. Your thought patterns and your feelings are to be experienced depending on where you put your attention.

A Gift

If one can do it - anyone can do it.
That One is You. So, what is your gift?
If you do not discover it - no one will, for you are unique.
